That verse is not a suggestion. It's a blueprint. A neurological, spiritual, psychological framework for becoming something different from what the world is trying to make you. Modern neuroscience calls it neuroplasticity — the brain's ability to rewire itself through consistent, intentional thought. The Bible called it transformation two thousand years earlier.
