Returns & Refund Policy
Every piece is made to order, printed specifically for you the moment you place your order. That's not a limitation. It's the whole point. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is mass-produced. Your piece was built for you.
Because of that, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. We ask that you use our size guide before ordering. If you have any questions about fit, reach out before you buy. We'd rather spend five minutes helping you get the right size than have you end up with something that doesn't feel right.
If something is wrong, we make it right. Full stop.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, that's on us and we will fix it immediately. No forms to fill out. No lengthy process. No questions about why.
Just email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@plinthco.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. That's it. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days and resolve it with either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed and you haven't seen it, email us and we'll track it down.
