We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").
Renewed Mind Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Access and Eligibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
To complete a purchase you'll be asked to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is correct, current, and complete.
Section 2 — Our Products
Every piece at Renewed Mind Co. is made to order. We've made every effort to represent our products accurately — including colors, designs, and fit — but please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and device. We do not warrant that product appearance will exactly match what is displayed on your screen.
All product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, including closing Drop collections at the end of their stated window.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and successfully process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting — because each piece is made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.
In the event we are unable to accept or fulfill your order, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honored by your financial institution.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
Each piece is made to order — please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including designs, graphics, text, brand marks, logos, and product imagery — is owned by Renewed Mind Co. and Plinth Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Plinth mark, Renewed Mind Co. name, XII.II, and all associated design elements are trademarks of Plinth Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of our Services only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Section 7 — Third-Party Tools and Links
Our Services may include access to third-party tools and links to external websites. We provide access to these tools as-is and without warranty. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk.
Section 8 — Relationship with Shopify
Renewed Mind Co. is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Renewed Mind Co. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Renewed Mind Co., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. By using the Services you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.
Section 9 — Privacy
All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Information submitted to our store is transmitted to and processed by Shopify in accordance with their privacy practices.
